Floral Delight 3 - New Release at Ladybugs

Good morning! At last it's time for the new release at Ladybugs! -Floral Delight 3! There are 12 images in this collection at the amazing price of just £1.75 each! I've only seen my image and can't wait to check out the rest of them!
Here's the card I made with my fabulous image! - Hydraenga

and here's a close view of the image- fabulous isn't it?

To make the card I printed the image twice onto kraft, coloured it with polychromos. I cut one piece into a tag shape, added a piece of bakers twine and placed it directly over the other image (does that make any sense?:) I layered onto a piece of dp and then onto a kraft card base... a couple of die cuts and some faux stitching with a white gel pen. The 'hello' in the tiny tag is hand written.
Our challenge this fortnight is called 'Flowers Galore', so a great opportunity to make some lovely flowery creations! As well as the usual prizes there's a chance to win 4 digis of choice from this new collection, just leave a comment on the challenge blog stating which is your favourite and that lucky winner could be you!!!
I'm off now to check out what my teamies have made with their images as I've only seen tiny snippets so far!

Hi Chris - saw the sneak peak on LCI and came over for a closer look! This is a lovely card and very cleverly designed to make the image 3D without being over done. Love the delicate colour scheme too. Thanks for sharing.

Oh this is gorgeous; LOVE the tag as part of the image; so clever! Love the subtle colors on kraft. What die cut did you use for the elegant swirl/flourish behind the tag, I really like it!!

I like this design, Chris, with the tag attached to the front and the image stretching from the tag onto the card base. Very elegant and clever design! I'm visiting today from MIM.

WHAT AN AWESOME IDEA! This card is spectacular with the tag and the design that goes from design to card. I think this is one of the neatest cards I've seen! I adore the stamp and it is perfect on the kraft paper. Pretty diecuts. the blue and brown are fabulous together. Hugs, Gail

I LOVE your card Chris...it's so clever the way you did it. I think colouring on kraft cs is one of my favourite techniques (if that's what you call it!)...the colours just pop off the card. The blue and kraft are a great combination...must give that one a try xx

The way you stamped the image to be on and off the tag is wonderfully creative.
