In the secret garden

Hellooo and happy weekend! There's a new challenge starting today over at Sweet Stampin' and this week we don't want you to share your cards with us.... but anything else stamped would be lovely! The theme 'anything but a card', sponsored by The Ribbon Girl, so it's time to put your thinking caps on and get creative! A little while ago I bought some templates from House of Zandra and this challenge inspired me to actually use one of them- the Book Giftbox Template. I constructed the box from white cardstock, all the insides are inked and stamped (I thoroughly enjoyed this part!)
 
 
 
The outside of the box is covered with dp and I also cut some images from the dp, the butterflies, bee and the frog to add to the design. The fairy is a very old stamp which has been coloured with copics and fussy cut to live inside the box. I added various die cuts and some lowers and pearls to finish. I'm planning to make a smallish memory album to put inside (when I get around to it :)

    Oh My! This is one Stunning creation Chris..It's one of those that you can look and see something diffferet every time.
    I'm sure you will have to keep it out of reach from those little hands that call? Or have they now received it lol..

    Glad we never had this challenge at LCI, I am useless at anything else, not that good at cards but even worse at anything else.
    This is so stunning though, looks like a heck of a lot of hard work has gone into it and you must be so proud of it.
