Good morning, I hope you have all had a good week, we've been pretty lucky with the weather here, some days have been mild and quite spring like- hardly any rain either, just a couple of showers. I've managed to get some lovely walks in too which always makes me feel better. I'm happy that February is almost done- I think it's my least favourite month- when March arrives I always think that the winter is at an end even if it's still cold!
This week at Crafty Catz it's our lovely Nick's turn to host- the optional theme she has chosen is Africa- how fabulous!!

The DT were given some stunning images and I chose to use Little Chimp, I've used my Copic markers to colour. I added a little stencilling around the image, cut an aperture into the embossed white panel (EF was a magazine freebie) and added the vine border.
I think all of the DT enjoyed this theme- just check out the beautiful cards they've made this week.

ReplyDeleteFantastic colouring on your chimp Chris, love the stamping behind him too, love the embossed background and die cut leaves and vines, fabulous card..I'm slowly heading toward Autumn over here, and to be honest I can't wait, just too hot for me and my plants and all the water restrictions, I have to sneak out and water my pots in the dark, but it is not enough and they have suffered, waste of time buying the flowers, I should buy dies instead..lol....
