Hello, not a lot of crafting going on here at present...several abandoned projects littering up my desk- most of them probably destined for the bin, but I did manage to finish one CAS card. I used my markers to colour up this cute little elf, a Mo manning image I bought from the old shop before they all disappear...they're half price at the minute which is a bonus! The elf himself is a sweetie but I fell in love with the toy- it's just like the 'clatterpillar' my son had when he was small, he would drag it around everywhere with him, gaining particular enjoyment from the horrendous row it made on hard floors!.
Hope everyone' s keeping safe from the storms we're having in the UK, not been too bad here- just a lot of fairly heavy rain but no real disruption or flooding so far, I see from watching the news that others haven't been so fortunate. Have a good weekend, whatever the weather.
Chris

An adorable beautifully coloured image Chris, I remember the racket these toys made, love your CAS Christmas card
ReplyDeleteA lovely Christmas design with the red and white mat and the beautifully coloured image.
ReplyDeleteThought it might be a Mo image, very cute and the stripy DP really lifts it. Same rain here, been a nightmare with Holly as she still wearing body suits to protect the tumour so changing every time she gets wet (but still wagging her tail and ready for food).

Same here with half finished projects, some from months ago! We didn't have the worst of the storm either just the endless day after day of rain and the laughable thing is the hosepipe ban is still on until after Christmas, if our pond fills any higher the fish will be swimming round the garden lol. Beautiful CAS card and love the gorgeous image, my Daughter had a clatterpillar too. Great colouring by the way.

Gorgeous image Chris, and beautiful coloured too. I love the "candy cane" border, that's a very clever way to use the striped paper.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Beccy
Fab colouring on your image Chris, and I love the candy cane look of the stripy DO xx
ReplyDeleteThankfully I bought him when he first arrived in the shop, sad when they retire. You have made such a sweet card Chris, I remember those toys too, little ones had so much fun with them.
ReplyDeleteThe weather is awful and I feel so bad for the ones flooded out.
I hope your feeling ok, take care Chris. xx
Lovely Christmas card Chris, super cute image coloured so beautifully. Hope you are having a good weekend.

Hi Chris, my problem is not a messy desk and un-finished projects - it's actually starting something! My desk is lovely and clear, mind not so and I can't seem to get started on anything. Hey, ho anyways enough of my whinging. Your card is just wonderful - I love your colouring of that super cute Mo Manning image and your style perfect for my challenge over at Passion for Markers this week. Thanks for joining in, Sarah - DT
