Christmas tree

Hello, it's Rudolph Day again- can't believe how fast they come round! I'm hoping to get ahead a bit with my cards this year- don't want a repeat of 2025, very much a last minute panic. After saying this, the card I am sharing is one of last year's (yep, a last minute one!)

A previously made background using Distress inks, brushos and gold mica spray, the tree, a new stamp from Pink Ink (a bargain buy on ebay!), stamped and embossed in white and placed inside a die cut frame. The sentiment is die cut using dies from 2 different sets. It was quick to make as I'd already made the background.

Thanks for visiting

Have a good week

Chris

  17. The inky background gives the whole design such richness, and the white‑embossed tree sits so elegantly against those greens. The gold mica adds a beautiful shimmer that feels festive without being overpowering, and the framed layout pulls everything together with real polish. A wonderfully striking card, especially for a so‑called last‑minute make.
