Good morning everyone! Hope you're not snowed in wherever you are! There's quite a lot of the white , cold, wet stuff here at the moment but I'm not even sulking! I'm so happy to be posting my first DT card for the amazing Songbird Challenge blog! The challenge this fortnight is "Baby Mine" sponsored byDi's Digis. There are prizes to be won and you certainly won't want to miss the amazing cards the rest of the DT have made, so hop on over and take a look!
This is a really timely challenge for me as one of my best friends is about to become a grandparent for the first time! The baby is now overdue and we're all on tenterhooks! I've made two cards as we don't yet know if it's a boy or a girl (so exciting!!) The beautiful digital images are by Funky Kits, I think they look amazing just as they are, without any colouring!
This is the inside of the girl card. |
The boy card |
As you can see I've left this image uncoloured! I've kept the design of these cards fairly simple as I wanted the focus to be the lovely images.
Hurry up baby!
Thanks for calling by, have a great day
Chris

Love these images. Your cards are perfect for baby, soft, sweet and gentle!
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely, and yes, you are correct, the images are beautiful as is - but you've colored the pink one so prettily. This is the kind of card a parent puts in the scrapbook to savor. Really nicely done. Perfect for our Opus Gluei theme of thinking pink. I'm glad you shared your creativity with us, hope you return for more challenges!
