Thunder storms and butterflies

Good morning! Hope you're all having a lovely weekend so far... at least it's not raining here, there's even a bit of sunshine and I'm not freezing cold for a change! We had a thunderstorm last night, a new experience for Mathilda, my large but very wussy Great Dane pup! Needless to say she was not impressed!  I had to sit with her until it had passed, I think she made more noise barking than the thunder! Still, she thought she was protecting me from some kind of alien invader!
On to the card, I followed the sketch at flutterbywednesdays,  the image I used is Fairy Fae  from Delicious Doodles,( I was lucky enough to win it recently from One stitch at a time, but haven't had time to use it until now!) Coloured with copics and I used twinkling H2Os on her wings and on the butterflies, it doesn't show in the photo but they have a lovely subtle shimmer IRL! Thanks for looking, enjoy the rest of the lovely long weekend -hope there's no more thunder!
