Dream, dream, dream

Hi folks! I'm back again with my second post today.... this time the theme is 'your favourite song' and aptly enough it's the new challenge at Songbirds. We are sponsored by Pink Gem Designs, who very generously allowed each of us to choose an image to play with. I chose this gorgeous dreamy little girl, Harriet -I think she's just beautiful, and I left her uncoloured.! My song, an old favourite is Dream by the Everly Brothers. Lots of layering, inking and distressing. A bit of stamping, faux stitching, twine and a few flowers added. Hope you like it! Hope your favourite son g is playing in your head right now and that you won't be able to resist joining us this fortnight. To see what the rest of the team have created for your delectation, and to post your card ;) just click here.
Thanks so much for calling by!

  5. Chris...this is such a sweet vintage card. I really love your design. The layers of die cut and torn papers and the lace work so perfectly on vintage work. Your little girl stamp is so precious. I also love the added twine and flowers. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. <3 Candy
