Hello! Good evening, hope you're enjoying a lovely restful Sunday after all the excitement of Christmas and the new year! I had a bit more excitement today.... I'm going to be a grandma again in May (which I already knew) but today my son and his fiancée discovered that their baby (their first!) is a girl!!!!! So exciting, this little one will be my third granddaughter and I'm so looking forward to meeting her!! Hence, the pink mood! Just happened to go shopping today, just happened to buy pink baby outfits..... rude not to!
Anyway, the card is for this weeks LIM challenge 'winter blues', it's not very wintery :) but it's blue!
I used 3 stamps, the tiny fairy was stamped first, then masked and stamped over with the flourish, then I stamped the sentiment, which actually looks quite straight for once! I coloured the image with my fabulous new polychromos which I was lucky enough to receive from my lovely hubby at Christmas! I added a tiny gem to the flower and a teeny bit of glitter to the wings.
Hope your day was as magical as mine!
Chris
