Ribbons and bows

Good morning, a bit earlier today with my DT card for Sweet Stampin'! This weeks challenge is 'Ribbons and Bows' sponsored by The Ribbon Girl.  I used a lovely Mo Manning image, which I coloured with copics and fussy cut (the handbag straps were challenging....!) she's mounted onto a die cut and embossed circle of cardstock. The background is made up of strips of ribbon, a punched border topped with a ribbon bow and a stamped sentiment. Thanks for visiting, don't forget to pop over to Sweet Stampin' to admire the lovely creations of the rest of Team Fi!

  1. What a brilliant background! The fussy-cut image is fab, too - a lovely card with a really "happy" feel to it. Loads of housework today and homework with Gregor as well as he's got his Duke of Edinburgh hike Sunday & Monday. Taking a car-load of boys to the starting point tomorrow, after which time I think I'll be ready for a lie-down in a darkened room! Glad you had a lovely holiday xx

  6. I love this Chris. The image is adorable and you have done a fantastic job cutting her out (I can fully understand why the straps were a challenge). The ribbon all look fabulous.
