Feed the birds...

Good morning, I've had a busy,  but very enjoyable,  week with friends , family and granddaughters! A couple of lunches with friends, a day at a theme park with the 'big' girls (still recovering from that- they make no allowances for grannies!) and looking after the 'tinies' so Mummy and Daddy could have a bit of time for themselves. First time baby Charlotte has been left with anyone else but parents, she was so good, slept most of the time, as long as she's being cuddled she's happy! There were plenty of volunteers for a bit of baby cuddling as a lot of my friend popped in to see her .
In between I've had a little time to play so made this card just because I could! I coloured the beautiful Mo Manning image with my copics then I found the perfect DP in my stash. The tree and robin paper was a magazine freebie and I'm so pleased with how well it teams with the image. Just added a wooden snowflake and twine, the sentiment is stamped.
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend, we've had such lovely warm sunshine here in the UK, so unusual for a Bank Holiday weekend.
Thanks for visiting
Chris

  9. Tuppence a bag, but not these days. A really beautiful card Chris, great image and a stunning background and fabulous choices of colours and colouring.

Sounds like you have had a great week, we have been home alone for the past 12 days as Grandson's along with Mum and Dad have been to Orlando, just to do Universal Studios as they did not get there last time they went, having a good time but far too hot for the boys (in 30's) They don't live with us but only 5 mins by car away so it feels like we are home alone.
    Have a good week.

Ahhhh, being a Grandmother of one is fun- we are far away from the baby, so will see him again in October. But, you have had a busy and active week with your Grands!!!
