A colour challenge at Crafty Catz- and a DT/GDT call

Happy Easter weekend, I hope you all have a lovely time whatever you're doing this weekend, at least the restrictions have been relaxed a little here in the UK and we're allowed to have our families in the garden again- that means 2 Egg hunts here, 2 eldest granddaughters on Sunday, littl'uns on Monday ! I thought that at 14 and 11 the two older girls might not want to hunt for eggs in the garden they just looked at me as if I was bonkers!!! Hope we don't all get too cold!!

Anyway, back to the card...this week's challenge at Crafty Catz has the option of following a  colour chart picked by our lovely Ginny

our sponsor this week is the fabulous

the team were given some of their cute images to play with and my card features the sweet Maddy- Molly- Yorkie, coloured with Copic markers. Various papers from stash were chosen to match the colour scheme, a stamped sentiment and a bow. It looked a bit bare so I added the little flower- shaped buttons and doodled the leaves and stems.

My lovely teamies and our Guest Designers have created some fabulous cards this week using sweet sponsor images so please do hope over and check out the Crafty Catz Challenge Blog and the exciting news that we're having a DT/GDT call at the moment- if you fancy being part of our  friendly team, and you have a blog, then just contact our lovely Auntie Sue (all the details you need are on the Challenge Blog)

Thanks for visiting

  17. Beautiful card and amazing colouring as always Chris! You are never too hold for an egg hunt lol. We went into my eldest son's garden yesterday and it was a beautiful sunny day. Today we had second son round with his kids and it was freezing. I was wrapped in a blanket but the kids of course were running about and taking their layers off lol.
