Good morning, it's a Halloween card from me today, my DT make for the new challenge at
This fortnight Aunty Sue is hosting and has chosen the OPTIONAL theme of Halloween.
I've used some Aall &Create Stamps, a brick wall stencil and Distress Oxide Inks to create my spooky scene- meet Aggie- on her way to meet her witchy pals and create some havoc- she's so busy planning wickedness she's not looking where she's going and nearly gets mown down by the Night Bus- much to the delight of its ghostly passengers- you can see them bouncing about on the top deck in their excitement at the prospect of seeing her splattered all over the road! Fortunately the driver has quick reactions and manages to skid to a stop before Aggie's Halloween celebrations come to an abrupt end.
I decorated the inside of the card too, using stamps from various companies, it was a fun card to make.
There's plenty more inspiration over at Crafty Catz, and remember, if Halloween is not your cup of tea, you can always join in with our challenges using the anything goes option.
I'm looking after my granddaughter for the weekend while her parents are away, really looking forward to enjoying her company for a couple of days- we're planning to take her to visit her sister, who's at Uni in Canterbury, on Sunday and take them both for lunch (and maybe, just maybe spoil them a tiny bit!)
Thanks for visiting
Hope you have a lovely weekend.
Chris

This card is a masterclass in clean and simple design with emotional depth. The soft color palette and thoughtful placement of each element create such a serene, heartfelt mood. I especially love how the focal point draws the eye without overwhelming the composition—it's gentle yet powerful. You've captured a quiet elegance that speaks volumes.
ReplyDeleteWhat creepy fun, it's fa-BOO-lous!!
