Good morning, our new fortnightly challenge begins today over at Fab'n' Funky, Ginny is hosting this week and her chosen theme is Birthdays. This comes at a great time for me as both my sisters have birthdays this week...on consecutive days! This is the card I made for one of them using a fun digital set, Wine Friends, from Jan's Digital Stamps. I made an easel card using the black and white version of the main image and bottle image and two of the sentiments. I've used copics to colour, and papers from stash, a gingham ribbon that matches perfectly with one of the papers. The sentiment on the tag is computer generated. I know this will make her laugh as during the summer we will often sit in the garden and share a glass of wine or two- she will ring if she's coming over, instructing me to 'get the wine chairs out'! We'll sit and talk and laugh, putting the world to rights, as you do with a beloved sister!
The Fab'n' Funky ladies have been busy creating some beautiful cards to inspire you, so hop over and take a look, then why not play along, after all we all need birthday cards!
Thanks for visiting
Chris
