Good morning, a quick post today to share the card I made for my granddaughter who passed her driving test last week, so proud of her! She's absolutely over the moon and can't wait to get behind the wheel of her little car. She's having to wait another week as it makes a considerable difference to her eye-watering insurance cost ??? I just pray that she stays safe, 17 seems so young to be driving, the roads are so busy and many drivers are so impatient, I'm thankful that she's a calm and level-headed girl.
I chose this Mo Manning image and coloured her with my markers to look like my lovely girl, kept the design very simple as I had to make it quickly.
Thanks for visiting, have a good week.
Chris

Love the image and your colouring. Congrats to your daughter. Thanks for sharing at PFM
Congrats to your lovely granddaughter, I know how scary it feels, they do grow up to fast don't they .....
A fabulous card for her though and as always Mo to the rescue, she has something for every occasion.
Well done to your Granddaughter Chris, a perfect card for occasion. I can understand your concerns, hopefully she will be a careful driver like our Azaria, she's teaching English now but still avoids motorways and takes a longer route to school.

A fantastic congratulatory card for your granddaughter Chris, wishing her many happy years driving. I remember when my two passed their test, the instructor a friend said now you can start to worry, he taught them well and they didn't have any problems.
Congratulations to your granddaughter, Chris. You’ve made a wonderful card for her.

Hi Chris, oh my that is a wonderful image, perfectly coloured, and a fabulous card! Congratulations to your Granddaughter - TTT has her test booked for March, I must admit I wonder how she'll cope on the roads (if she passes!!) - she seems so young at 17 to be driving!! Still I suppose we were all there at one point, though for me it was 19 (I wasn't that interested in driving at their age). Thanks for joining in with my challenge over at Passion for Markers this week. Cheers, Sarah

Brilliant and perfect card for your Granddaughter Chris.
Freya passed her test in September.. Think the younger generation take every thing in there stride. We just remember how roads used to be lol.

Congratulations to your granddaughter—what an exciting milestone! I can imagine how proud and relieved you must be. The Mo Manning image is just perfect for this special occasion, and I love how you colored it to resemble your granddaughter—such a sweet personal touch. The simple design works beautifully, and I'm sure she will absolutely love it.
