It's all white!

Good evening! I had a go at making a "white on white" card. Not too sure about the result, but the fun part of challenges is to try something new! Everything is white apart from the image (I'm still not very good at photographing my cards!)

Hooray, it's Saturday!....

...and I'm not at work! Took the dog out this morning, what fantastic weather! Is it really only February! Then I had time to play...! Made this card for a friend's silver wedding anniversary next week using the lovely sketch from sketchsaturday. I would also like to enter it for these challenges:

Here's my card for this weeks challenge at scrapbooksisters. I wanted to use this amazing Mushroom Lane rubber stamp that I have had for years. As you can see, it's a big stamp with lots of detail, so I kept the rest of the card very simple.

Think pink!

Another lovely Mo Manning Digi- she's so sweet, butter wouldn't melt in her mouth! -just like my younger grandaughter before she throws a mega wobbly!! Anyway would like to enter this card for these challenges

I made this card using one of my lovely new Mo Manning digis. I usually find it quite difficult to make men/boy cards but he is just gorgeous, and such fun to colour.  I am made him for the challenge on mosdigitalchallenge., the first time I have tried a "bingo" challenge! I would also like to enter him for scrapbooksisters weekly challenge.

Two cats, two cards

I'm not really a "cat" person, much prefer dogs, especially my lovely Great Dane, Maisie, but I really like this stamp and enjoyed making not one, but two cards, on the same day, using the same stamp -unheard of for me.

Not sure which one I prefer, think it's the first one.

I think I'm getting better at this blogging lark, you just don't want to know how long it takes me!!

Just for a change...

Feeling a lot better today, actually went out of the house! I thought I would post a scrapbook layout for a change. This is the layout I made for the Scrapbook Sisters "snow" challenge - it was a challenge for me as I have packed away all my Christmassy stuff to make a bit of space! Found these papers in a pad that I bought ages ago and forgot about! Did a bit of masking and inking with a snowflake cutout to add a bit of contrast. scrapbooksisters scrapbook-challenge-no-8

Superdupergirl!

Have been feeling a bit sorry for myself today, I'm using up the last of my carefully hoarded annual leave, and guess what?..  Yes, I'm ill, just can't stop coughing!... so to cheer myself up I bought some more gorgeous images from Digital Pencil, they're just so cute! Really no self control at all as I went to the craft show at Bluewater on Friday and spent a fortune on rubber stamps (well, it's rude not to...!)
Anyway, made this card using Mo Manning's super duper girl image, such fun to colour!
