Good morning, I'd like to think that we still have some summer days left to enjoy, but I have to admit it's starting to feel quite autumnal here and although I don't like to think of cold weather and winter I do enjoy the glorious shades of Autumn, so this weeks challenge at Delicious Doodles was a real pleasure to design for! The theme is 'Colours of Autumn' and I made my card using the beautifulRowena, available here.
She's coloured with copics, just a tiny bit of glossy accents added to the berries. The frame is a piece of colour-core cardstock embossed and sanded to show the green core, a piece of DP from stash, a stamped sentiment, a scrap orange fibre-y stuff, skeleton leaves, a wooden laser cut leaf spray from Hobbycutz, a brad and a piece of twine. The red dots are punched from cardstock and covered with glossy accents to make them shine.
Why not hop across to Delicious Doodles Challenges and feast your eyes on the inspiration from my teamies, there's a lot to admire this week! If you're tempted to join us you'll be pleased to know that the challenge is back to weekly and that you can use any image to join in, it doesn't have to be from Delicious Doodles, although we love it when it is! It's also well worth a visit to Delicious Doodles Store to see what the very talented Teri has added over the summer!
Thanks for visiting.
Have a great day!
