Good evening! I'm running late with my posts this week, got back from holiday yesterday and was too tired to even look at the computer let alone make a post! There was a time when the 250 mile journey from Devon didn't phase me in the least but those days have gone...sadly! Feeling much better today after a good night's sleep in my own lovely bed!! Washing and ironing all done and we have food in the fridge again, so all good here!
Anyway, this is my card for this week's challenge at
Sweet Stampin', the theme is 'for a child'.
This is for my granddaughter who will reach the wonderful age of 10 next month. Last year her card was pink with a fairy and a large donut...how kids change in a year! now her passion is football, her prized possessions her football strip, boots and shin pads!!! Still it's good healthy exercise!
I made a circular easel card. The large football is made from die cut hexagons, the image is a digi by Krista Leigh Smith (formerly Saturated Canary), coloured with copics and fussy cut. The sentiment and football are stamped.
Please hop over to
Sweet Stampin' to see what my lovely teamies have been up to this week.
Thanks for visiting, have a good week.
Chris
