Get your party on!

Good morning, I'm joining in with Team Wendy for this week's  challenge at Sweet Stampin' .
Today is St Andrew's Day so we've picked the theme of Blue and White. My card IS blue and white ...I promise, it just looks grey because of the poor light...
It's a very simple design on a shaped card base, the wonderful partied-out bear is from Sheepski Designs, coloured with copics, sentiment is stamped.
Remember that we're celebrating our 10th Birthday at Sweet Stampin', all  eligible entries from November challenges will be included in a prize draw to win some lovely digis from Whimsy Stamps...just follow the theme and include some stamping!
Thanks for stopping by
Chris

Santa's good list - Crafty Catz Challenge #485

Good morning,  it's Christine's turn to host the challenge at Crafty Catz this week, she's picked the theme of Clean and Simple. Now I love CAS cards, I'm just not very good at them, can't stop my hands from adding stuff even when my head says 'NO'!

We have 2  lovely sponsors this week
who generously provided the DT with some lovely images to play with.

our 2nd Sponsor is
CRAFTY RIBBONS

I coloured up the lovely traditional  Santa image, popped him into a white die cut frame and added a stamped 'ho ho ho'...nothing else!
I hope you choose to play along with the Crafty Catz this week, as always the theme is optional....but if you still have loads of Christmas cards to make CAS is probably the way to go!! :)
Thanks for visiting
Have a great weekend

Coal!

Good morning, it's the last week of November (how did that happen?) so our theme at Fab'n' Funky is Anything Christmas - we regularly have a Christmas themed challenge on this last Wednesday of the month, it really does help us to get ahead with our Christmas makes.
I made a card featuring a fun image from Mo Manning- Coal. This was October's freebie Patreon image, it's now available here in the shop. I just love the look on this naughty little one's face, she's totally unperturbed to be getting coal in her stocking, obviously knows it's all she deserves! I added a stamped sentiment to the front of the card to keep it closed, oh, how often have I used that warning to get the grandkids to do as I want them to!  The sentiments that came with the image
are on the inside...

Well the big day is getting very close now...time to panic if you haven't started on your cards!
If you're stuck for ideas hop over to Fab'n' Funky to see what my clever teamies have created this week, then why not share one of your own festive creations, we'd love to have you play along.
Thanks for stopping by
have a lovely day

A pop of red

Sweet Stampin' Challenge Blog
Good morning, before I move onto today's card I want to share some great news with you...Sweet Stampin' Challenges will be 10 years old on Monday! I think that's a wonderful achievement...10 years  and still going strong.
I have a special soft spot for this lovely Challenge and it's team, I joined 7 years ago- I had only been card making for a short while and I was delighted to be invited.
To celebrate this landmark birthday Sweet Stampin will be holding a draw at the end of November,  all the entries for the whole month will be included (as long as they contain some stamping, of course.)
There is a fantastic prize of 5 digis from Whimsy Stamps for the lucky winner.
Now for this week's challenge and today's card- the theme is 'add a pop of red'

I made a circular card in black and white featuring some of my beloved Lavinia stamps. I masked the fairy's hat so that I could stamp it in red and added the 'fur' trim with a white gel pen, the die cut branches are (Tim Holtz) Sizzix
I really love the cards my lovely teamies have created this week, hop over and take a look for yourselves! We'd love to have you play along, and who knows, you could be the winner of the fabulous prize. The more entries you make this month (max. 3 per challenge) the more chances you have to win!

Thanks for stopping by, have a good week.

Crafty Catz # 484 spots and/or stripes

Good morning, this week at Crafty Catz it's my turn to host the challenge, which means I get to pick the theme, so I chose spots/and stripes...either or both.
Our sponsor this week is the fabulous LeAnne's World 101

Prize - 2 images from store
https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/LeAnnsWorld101
I fancied making a non-Christmas card for a change so I chose to use the cute Sassy Sally digi. I've used my copics to colour, added a bit of stencilling around the image and layered it up onto left over scraps of dp. I added a button, stamped sentiment and 3 tiny brads.

My teamies have created some lovely cards with these sweet images...pop over HERE to see for yourself.
As always, the theme is optional, so why not play along!
Thanks for visiting
have a great weekend

Make your own background at Sweet Stampin' Challenges

Good morning and happy weekend, my card today is my DT make for this week's challenge at Sweet Stampin', the theme is 'make your own background'. I have a fabulous stamp that I was itching to use- given to me by one of my lovely Sweet Stampin' teamies- thanks again Sammy, you are such a generous lady!. This was the perfect opportunity to have a play! The background is a combination of brushos and  black distress ink through a stencil. I stamped the fabulous image with black Versafine Clair and added a few music themed stamped images and  die cuts. The sentiment is stamped onto an offcut of the brusho paper. I added a few metallic star brads.
I really enjoyed making this card, it's so good to play with inks and stamps and seeing what evolves!

Thanks for stopping by, don't forget to hop over to Sweet Stampin' to see what my lovely teamie have been up to, we would love to see what you create for this challenge!

Cute and girly at Crafty Calendar

Good morning, I'm here with my card for this month's challenge at Crafty Calendar, we're sponsored by the fabulous Polkadoodles and our theme this month is Cute and Girly.

I made a CAS card featuring the sweet.Winnie Belle of the Ball digital image...they don't come much more girly than this! I coloured with copics and added a little sparkle to her crown.  A couple of die cut sentiments to finish.
(Apologies for the bent corner, I dropped the card on the floor and quick as a flash Mathilda sat on it!!! I'm lucky the damage wasn't a lot worse -it actually shows more in the photo, hardly at all IRL!
Bloomin' dog!)
Thanks for visiting today, please stop by the Challenge Blog for more inspiration and to add your beautiful entry!
