I really enjoyed making my card, even though it didn't end up looking how I thought it would when I started! The gorgeous image (she's just so happy!!!) is of course by Mo Manning. She's coloured with copics. The balloons were part of a stamp which are again coloured with copics, then cut out and attached to twine. The papers are MME: On the bright side.
