Well hellooo again! My fourth post this week...very unusual for me! This time I'm sharing my DT card for
Sweet Stampin'. The theme of the challenge is 'The Great Outdoors', so lots of scope there! I decided to have a play with my lovely Lavinia stamps, and made a little scene by stamping the bridge, then masking it and swiping distress inks to colour the sky and grass. I then used distress inks and a brush to colour the bridge and stream. The two little fairies in the foreground, and the branch (not Lavinia) were stamped on top. I stamped the wings again on acetate, covered them in stickles and attached them to the fairies. The frame was made by die cutting a circle from a piece of black cardstock and sticking 2 corner die cuts on top (sorry, doesn't show up too well in the photo!) and that's about it! No copics or paper piecing (unless you count the wings...!)
