Recycled bag

Good afternoon! Had some really great news today, husband is making such a good recovery from his injured hand that he's allowed to drive again. He is ecstatic! He's missed his beloved car so much!
I'm feeling so much better myself as well, my head actually feels as though it belongs to me again! Even did housework today....but that's enough of that!
The current challenge over at The East Wind calls for recycling, so as I always need gift bags (and nice ones are expensive!) I decided to recycle this paper bag I found in a cupboard. I used an old button and a clothing tag too. This is what I made with it-

not bad for a freebie!
Thanks for visiting, wishing you all a happy Easter weekend!

Glad to hear that you're feeling a bit better - don't overdo it with the housework though. Great news about Hubby too. Love your recycled gift bag, it looks brilliant!! Are you sure you are a tad better? Housework! now that's not what I want to hear about lol.
Happy your hubby is on the mend..My hubby doesn't like to be separated from his car! He even drives mine when we go out together in it lol. x

Oh my goodness, Chris, this bag is beautiful! It's like a gift to wrap a gift.Your colouring is beautiful and the design is so striking with the beautiful paper, sweet button detail, and lacy doily behind Aurora. Thank you for playing along with out Recycle/Re-purpose Challenge at The East Wind. I'm glad to hear both you and your husband are on the mend!
