Crafty Catz Challenge #527 - Optional twist- Outdoor Pursuits

Good morning. First of all I'd like to thank all of you who have left messages of sympathy, your kindness is much appreciated.

I'm needing to keep myself busy- or I just sit and mope- my house has never been so clean and tidy (I don't like it!) I've even cleared out my craftroom (much needed). We've walked for miles every day, fortunately the weather has been kind, so now I'm back posting again.

Today's card is for this week's challenge at Crafty Catz, it's our lovely Christine's turn to host, the optional theme she has chosen is Outdoor Pursuits. Our sponsor for this week is

I used a lovely sponsor image, Emily Winter Wonderland, which I've coloured with Copics. I've framed her with a beautiful snowflake die cut and added some whimsical trees. The sentiment is stamped.

As always there are some gorgeous creations from my lovely team- so do please hop over to

 Crafty Catz

to take a look. Remember, anything goes for our challenges, you do not have to follow the theme to join the fun.

Thanks for visiting, will be around to visit your blogs very soon.

Hi Chris,
this is so gorgeous and a very beautiful design too.
Love all the elements used in this gorgeous card the image as always is perfectly coloured and your design looks awesome and I really like that gorgeous shade of glitter card used it's very luxurious looking.
It takes time to adjust when you loose a treasured pet as a previous dog owner I can sympathise with how you are feeling.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

I am cleaning up and organising my craft room too, Chris. I am very busy but I like that I have the chance to do it, as now (with the lockdown in Greece) I can work from home a lot of days. I love your beautiful card, my friend. Kisses!

Fabulous card Chris love your image and die cut frame and great colours. Glad you have been able to get out in some decent weather, it’s all change here today, it’s been drizzling all day and has hardly got light at all, had to put the lamps on now and it’s only just gone 3 o’clock.

What a fabulous monochromatic wintry scene, Chris! It really does look pretty with your beautiful coloring and gorgeous assortment of die cuts. I would not have thought of putting all those things together, so your inspiration is much appreciated. It IS hard to move along with daily life when we have such a big hole in it, isn't it? But then, gratitude for the love we feel makes us even more thankful for the love that was lavished back to us. big hugs, Chris. xx

Glad you're back again and you've had something to focus on. Even if it was cleaning?! I thought my house would get clean and tidy during lockdown. Turns out lack of time wasn't the reason for my laziness..... Seriously though, focus on you! Sending you all the love.

Your wee lady definitely looks like she's walking in a winter wonderland. Beautiful xx
