Good morning, it's time for a new challenge at Fab'n' Funky, the theme for this fortnight is
FANTASY, chosen by our lovely Buffy.
I made a card using a cute digi from The Paper Shelter, coloured with Copic markers. I printed the image twice so I could decoupage his leg and hand to add a little dimension. The papers are from The Works, matted onto kraft card, I've added a die cut leaf, some twine and a stamped sentiment.
As always, some beautiful cards from the rest of the team to be enjoyed over at the Challenge blog, so please go take a look!
I'm hoping my kitchen will be finished today, The sink was plumbed in on Monday to my great happiness and relief, just the larder cupboard- hoping all the parts of it have been delivered as it came in separate deliveries- and a few finishing touches to go!
Thanks for visiting, have a lovely day.
Chris

Such a cute image and giving parts an extra layer is a great technique to add a bit of depth for being on the edge/over on the bucket! Glad to see those pointy ears under the hat to know this mischievous elf is who/what is taking a break! Lately my 10-15 minute power naps somehow end up being 90 minutes!!!! Yikes!!! Thanks so much for supporting Heart's Quest Fantasy in February!
Cute image Chris - I love your colouring and the way you have added dimension xx

Oh my goodness! What a precious image, Chris! I also love the sentiment LOL The magic of this creation makes me smile, with just a few years poking out. Using foam tape on the hand and front leg is a wonderful idea. Thanks for inspiring me with thoughts of doing that going forward!

Yep, nap time sounds pretty happy to me!! : ) This card is fabulous! Your color is fabulous and the addition of the leaf die finishes off the scene perfectly! Thanks for playing with Cut It Up Challenge.
Lovely card with a charming fantasy theme. The decoupage technique adds a delightful touch of dimension, bringing the image to life. The combination of kraft card and die-cut leaves is beautiful, and the twine and stamped sentiment complete the design perfectly. Fantastic coloring on the digi image, and the entire card exudes a warm, whimsical feel.
Lovely cute image and beautiful colouring
