The card base is a simple tent fold with rounded corners I cut out the middle section to show the beautiful blue sky inside, complete with die cut clouds. I stamped the cute mousie with his parachute leaf onto a separate piece of card, coloured with copics , then fussy cut. I stamped the tips of the leaf again onto the main body of the card then matched the cut out image to bridge the gap. The wooden sentiment is coloured with copics.

Pretty card, Chris. I love the way that you cut out the middle to show off the inside. It's all colored very nicely. I so wish we had some of those fall colors you are enjoying. Ooooh, Chris! I love your HM design. Being a GDT member on this team would be my dream! Congratulations to you, and well deserved with your many awesome cards. I love this one with the acetate clear window and gorgeous windy sky in the background. We still have not entered Fall here. I wonder if the climate change has permanently changed our area from subtropical to tropical? The humidity and heat are almost like summer in the upper 80s and low 90s, STILL it's not snow, and it truly is lovely.
