For a special lady

Good morning and happy weekend...just a couple more days to go then we'll be able to socialise in our gardens again, I'm so looking forward to being able to sit and have a coffee with friends again, it seems such a long time since I've been able to see's hoping for some warm dry weather!

Today's card is my DT make for this fortnight's challenge at Sweet Stampin', the theme is

For a special lady.

I made this for a very special friend using my lovely Lavinia stamps. The background papers were made using a Gel plate, a mixture of Distress Inks and Lavinia Elements Ink. I matted each layer onto black card and added the black twine, die cuts and gems to provide some contrast and texture.

Team Susan have created some fabulous makes for this challenge- don't forget to take a look now.

Thanks for visiting today, have a great weekend
