Like many card makers I have a huge stash of patterned papers- no matter how much I use it seems to keep growing! Apart from the 'fence' patterned paper all of this was made using left over scraps that have been lurking, unloved, for years. The little House Mouse is part of a Stampendous stamp set, again had it for several years, only one stamp from it used before, so time it got used again! The swirly bow die, Memory Box, is an old favourite, there was a time when it appeared on nearly every card I made, still love it. I cut this and the frame around the image several times and stacked them together for strength and dimension- the bow was very tricky!!!

Charming design — your mix of long‑saved patterned scraps comes together wonderfully, and the fence print adds a fun rustic touch behind the sweet House Mouse. The stacked frame and swirly Memory Box bow create excellent dimension, especially with the multiple cuts you used to strengthen the layers.
The little mouse sits perfectly among the papers, and the whole layout feels lively and well balanced. It is a delightful Guest Designer card that celebrates both creativity and the joy of using cherished stash pieces.

I love how this project gives forgotten patterned paper and older supplies a fresh purpose, especially with the layered bow adding dimension. I recently tried using some older scraps and it worked really well; pairing the finished card with thoughtful birthday wishes can make it even more meaningful: https://happybirthdaywishes.my/.
