Wonderful day

Good morning, hope the week is going well for you so far :) This is a scheduled post for
 our new challenge at Creative Moments, the optional theme for this week is 'Flag day'. Our sponsors for this challenge are Bugaboo and Torytale.
I was given this sweet image,  Forest-fairy,  to play with .  I printed the image and coloured for fairy with copics (there's wink of Stella on her wings...doesn't show in photo).  I then printed the rabbit part of the image again ..larger this time, as I wanted to make a side step card and the smaller bunnies would look a bit lost. I made the little tree to tie my hand-cut bunting to and added some tiny toadstools to the grass.

Monochrome

Good morning, here's my DT card for the new challenge starting at Sweet Stampin' today. The theme this week is 'monochrome'. Good morning and happy weekend! A new challenge starts today over at Crafty Calendar, the theme is ' all about the boys' and we're sponsored this month by the fabulous Doctor Digi. I do love colouring these fun images...and there are so many brilliant ones to choose from! I used A Dunderton abroad, isn't he fantastic, a picture of sartorial elegance! I've coloured hm with my copics (as usual) ..loved colouring that shirt!...he's wearing his socks with his sandals 'cos he doesn't want to get his feet burnt...and a hanky to cover his head...can't be too careful in all that heat! The stamps I used, camera, smile' panel, ticket and passport stamp are all from a set of magazine freebies I've had for ages.
We have some lovely new teamies over at Crafty Calendar...they've made some wonderful cards to inspire you this month, as have the rest of the DT. you are incredible

Good morning! It's June. JUNE!!!! Already. I'm not ready for it to be June...it's too soon to be June, we've only just had spring, this year must be the fastest ever (another sign of getting older I fear!!)
Anyway...the Southern Girls have a brand new challenge for you...it's everyone's favourite theme 'Anything Goes'...sponsored this fortnight by Sasayaki Glitter.
I coloured one of their cute images to make my card, an adorable little dragon, available here. The green background is embossed using a Leonie Pujol ef. I added some scraps of red ribbon between the snippets of dp.

Chilly penguins!

Hi , back again as threatened promised! Here's my card for this weeks challenge at Fab 'n' Funky..as it's the last Wednesday in the month it is of course a Christmas theme and it's our lovely Jools' turn to host. Our sponsor this week is none other than the fabulous Bugaboo !

I used a cute  digi stamp Winter penguin trio, which again I have had for some time. These little images are such fun to colour! I again used my trusty copics and added glitter to the snowballs.

Magical Birthday

Good morning, I hope the week is going well for you so far...mine is going very fast, probably because of the long weekend I'm a day behind! At least I remembered to post my DT cards today! This one is for our new challenge at Creative Moments...the optional theme this fortnight is 'Birthdays'...so a lovely easy challenge! We have 2 lovely sponsors :

I have used a Mo Manning image to make my card, I've had this gorgeous wizard lurking in my folder for some time and was itching to colour him...and as I'm really trying to make more masculine themed cards at present , this was the perfect opportunity. He's coloured with copics...loads of sparkle pen on his crystal ball (rather more than I intended ...it came out really fast, must have squeezed the pen a tad hard :). The purple paper behind the image is embossed with a spider web, the edges distressed and embossed with a bit of frantage.

Something old...

Good morning! Seems like ages since I had a card to share, but here I am with my DT card for this weeks challenge at Sweet Stampin'. The challenge this week is to use very old stash....the older the better! We all have plenty of that lurking about so a great opportunity to use some of it!
Most of the things I've used on this card are old...the stamp is a wood backed one, I've had it for years but I still think it's lovely! I've coloured the image with copics and fussy cut.
The papers are old...I think they're MME , again I've had them for years, used them loads when I first bought them and kind of hoarded the rest. The doily is old. I bought a large pack years ago...hardly ever use them! The ribbon is old too. The teacup die cuts are new...magazine freebie...as is the sentiment, they just seemed perfect with the stamp!
I feel quite virtuous using up all that hoarded stash :))
