At Sweet Stampin' this week we are celebrating St David's Day (1st March) with the theme of 'dragons'. This is not the card I intended to make, I was going to use a much more realistic set of stamps with scarier dragons...unfortunately I couldn't find them despite turning my craft room upside down! Now I'll be the first to admit that my 'filing system' is chaotic (how bad for an ex librarian!!) but it's my chaos and I don't very often lose whole sets of stamps! Anyway, as time was getting short, I decided to make a shaped easel card using this sweet Sylvia Zet stamp instead. I stamped the image and coloured with copics. The I cut the Happy Birthday die times and layered them together to make the 'stop'. The sentiments are stamped.
I found the other set of stamps the next day...someone had put them in a very silly place....(with the Christmas stamps)...I'm sure it wasn't me....!

Oh wow Chris, I'm kind of glad you didn't find the stamp set..{which BTW will turn up when not needed}...this is the sweetest of cards, aww I just love it and the sentiment is so fab, love it I really do.xx

Chris this card is adorable and love the layout. It is a sweet image. I really hate when people/fairies move things in the craft room....I have it happen all the time. For me it seems to happen when I go to my die cut machine and then someone (I live alone except for my two cats) steals my image). LOL. Got a dusting of snow last night. Seriously still willing to ship you some, hehe.
Love this! Everything about it is fab from the image, to the details and your colouring is fab.
I'm glad you didn't find the stamps in time, but I'd love to see another card with them now you've found them.
