Good morning, I'm here today with a mid month reminder for our August Challenge
The optional theme for this month is Summer in the Garden - very apt as that's where I've been! The weather has been beautiful here and I'm making the most of it, cannot believe how fast the weeks are going by. Why is it the summer months seem to fly past so much faster than winter!!?
Anyway back to the card, the focal stamp is an old Sarah Kay one I've had for years, I coloured with Copics then masked the image to stencil the grass and sky and stamp the fence (Card-io), then stamped the bees, grasses and flowers (all Lavinia).

Oh Chris how pretty, I always loved Sarah Kay images. Anyway, your card is so pretty, love the way you stencilled the archway, it looks beautiful. This is one gorgeous card.

Hi, Chris! What an adorable scene you've put together. It's always fun combining stamps and making everything work out so beautifully. Your colors are brilliant, and the lovely, fluffy clouds look like our Florida skies in the summer time, just before they become laden with moisture, turning gray, and gracing us with downpours.
